Shipping Policy

Canada-wide shipping

Many orders qualify for free standard shipping within Canada. Remote destinations and oversized or heavy items can require additional freight. If an additional charge is required and cannot be calculated at checkout, we will contact you before the order is fulfilled.

Shipping times

In-stock products commonly leave a Canadian distribution point within a few business days. Special-order, backordered or supplier-transfer products can take longer. If we become aware of a material delay, we will contact you with the available options before proceeding where practical.

Remote and rural destinations

Courier remote-area surcharges can apply in some postal codes. Contact us with your postal code before ordering if you would like a freight estimate.

Oversized and heavy products

Items such as bumpers, grille guards, tires, roof boxes, fifth-wheel hitches, truck caps, transfer tanks, tool boxes, bed liners and snow-plow equipment may not qualify for free shipping. Freight varies by product and destination.

Carriers and tracking

We use national and regional carriers depending on the shipment. Tracking is provided when available. Please review the delivery promptly and report damage, missing components or delivery problems to us as soon as possible so we can help with the carrier or supplier claim process.

Shipping protection

If an optional shipping-protection service is offered for your order, the price and terms shown at checkout apply. We no longer state that a separate $6 insurance selection is mandatory for orders over $500 unless that requirement is actually presented by the current checkout.
