Shipping Policy



***If in rural areas, or oversized items may be subject to increased shipping costs.***

Shipping Times:

Products that are in stock ship to you in 1-4 business days, this can vary due to stock levels within our warehouses. If a product is out of stock in our Canadian warehouses, then they will be sent from our US warehouses. This will increase shipping times to 7-14 business days, no hidden fees or duty will be charged on these orders. 

Increased delays in the supply chain, and availability mean that your order could take up to 3 months to arrive, we will notify you if this is the case before processing the order.

Remote Rural Surcharges

• All remote area parcel freight will come with a flat rate freight charge of $25 over and above the Remote Rural Surcharge passed on by the courier, this can range from an additional $32 to $165. This will need to be paid for after the order is placed, we will then contact you with the total additional shipping cost. We are working to implement this at checkout. Alternatively you can contact us before placing the order with your Postal Code and we can let you know what the additional shipping cost will be.


We ship using a number of carriers, including; Canada Post, Fed-Ex, Loomis Express, as well as smaller local shipping companies in areas that are more remote.


Due to overweight/size items there are shipping exceptions. These items will NOT qualify for free shipping due to there respective size or weight, this can vary on location and generally costs $70-$100.

These items include, but are not limited to:

  • Bumpers, Bull Bars, Grille Guards
  • Tires
  • Roof Boxes
  • 5th Wheel Hitches
  • Truck Caps
  • Transfer Tanks & Tool Boxes
  • Box Liners
  • Meyer Plows

Lost or Stolen Items:

• Lions Den Off-Road is not responsible for lost or stolen items, that show as delivered, wherein the customer did not request the shipment to have shipping insurance in the checkout process
• The shipping insurance charge is $6 per shipment. That is a pass on cost directly from our freight partners.
• Customers can select the shipping insurance option during checkout; it costs an additional $6. 

• If an order is over $500 shipping insurance MUST BE selected during the checkout process.
• Due to the rising instances of theft/lost items, Lions Den Off-Road highly recommends that you select the shipping insurance option at checkout
• The customer has 72 hours to report lost/stolen items

Careful inspection of each product upon receipt is strongly recommended. Damaged products must be noted and claimed directly to the carrier at time of receipt. We are not responsible for 3rd party freight damage. 

Lost Items Showing as Not Delivered

• The customer will have up to 30 days to make a claim under this jurisdiction.
• Lions Den Off-Road will work with the delivery partner to locate the whereabouts of the item in question.
• Should the item not be found, we will ship out a new product at no additional charge.

Damaged and Missing Goods

• All damaged product must be reported within 10 business days.
• All finished goods that are missing components must be brought to our attention within 30 days.
• Anything that takes longer than that is no longer the responsibility of Lions Den Off-Road and the end user must deal directly with the manufacturer.
