This Privacy Policy explains how Lions Den Off-Road Inc. collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit lionsdenoffroad.ca, contact us, create an account or place an order.

Payment card details are processed by Shopify and payment providers. Lions Den Off-Road does not receive or store complete payment card numbers.

We use personal information to operate the store, process and deliver orders, arrange supplier or manufacturer fulfilment, provide tracking, answer questions, verify fitment, manage returns and warranties, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with legal and tax obligations, improve our website and services, and send marketing communications where permitted. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the message.
When we share information
We share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, suppliers and manufacturers that fulfil or support an order, analytics and advertising providers, email and customer-service providers, professional advisers, and government or law-enforcement authorities where required by law. These providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where different laws may apply.
We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, sale or transfer of all or part of our business. We do not sell personal information for money.
